By accessing and using XRApp.Dev ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Permission is granted to access and use the Service for business and training purposes subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not modify or copy the materials
• You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose outside your organization
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. XRApp.Dev cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions, billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Modifications to Service

XRApp.Dev reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
